Adnexal Tumours associated with Syndromes Another reason why it is important to correctly identify these adnexal tumours is their association with underlying cancer syndromes. The three commonest that we see clinically are listed below with their associated adnexal tumours.

Gardners syndrome Hybrid cysts such as a cyst with epidermoid and pilomatricoma features should make you think of Gardners syndrome with gut polyps and carcinoma.
