Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 55-year-old male presented with multiple asymptomatic nodules mainly on the extremities some of which are ulcerated of 6 months duration. Biopsy of one of the lesions reported diffuse infiltration of large atypical lymphoid cells with pleomorphic nuclei, eosinophilic cytoplasm & frequent mitotic figures. The infiltration goes deeply replacing the subcutaneous tissue. Immunohistochemical studies showed the cells to be positive for LCA, CD3 and CD30 but negative for CD20.
