Diagnosis: Graft versus Host Disease
Description: Lymphocytic dermal infiltrate with red cell extravasation. Not enough necrotic keratinocytes or basal layer damage to confidently diagnose GVH.
Clinical Features: Red all over
Pathology/Site Features: Superficial and deep perivascular dermatitis

Differential Diagnosis
History: 3511kw Previous bone marrow transplant 9 months ago for acute myeloid leukemia. Dose of immunosuppressant drugs has been gradually reduced. He recently developed this rash. No new drugs. DD. Graft versus host reaction, drug reaction, viral infection
Description: Early poikiloderma
Comments: DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS BETWEEN PHOTOAGGRAVATED DRUG REACTION & GRAFT VS HOST DISEASE.
