History: 3511kw Previous bone marrow transplant 9 months ago for acute myeloid leukemia. Dose of immunosuppressant drugs has been gradually reduced. He recently developed this rash. No new drugs. DD. Graft versus host reaction, drug reaction, viral infection

Description: Early poikiloderma

Comments: DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS BETWEEN PHOTOAGGRAVATED DRUG REACTION & GRAFT VS HOST DISEASE.
