Guttate psoriasis

Answer 2:
Drug reaction

Answer 3:
Erythema annulare centrifugum

Answer 4:
Pityriasis rosea

Answer 5:
Dermatophyte infection

This was pityriasis rosea. There is variable acanthosis and some spongiosis. There is parakeratosis in mounds and some parakeratosis shows the angulated or tea pot sign.
