History:

 Accessory Tragus

These lesions may be single or multiple situated on the anterior aspect of the tragus.

It is a dome shaped skin coloured papule with a fibroadipose core and central cartilage. 

Vellus hairs are seen in the overlying dermis.

DD Angiofibroma but these are usually smaller and on the nose or lip. They show perifollicular fibrosis, stellate fibroblasts and increased vessels.
