Differential DiagnosisHistory:
For 7 years this man has had fixed patches on non sunexposed skin that have not responded to topical steroids. He shows early T cell invasion of the epidermis with atypical lymphoctes. This can be a difficult diagnosis when only spongiosis is seen .
