Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This was a biopsy from a blister on a patient's leg.She was highly allergic to mango sap.Dermal contact dermatitis can also be seen in a photoallergic contact and from neomycin.This degree of edema is unusual.There is stretching and tethering of the overlying epidermis with a marked dermal eosinophilic infiltrate.
