Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 44-year-old male presented with hyperkeratotic papules on the forehead, neck, behind the ear and in the groin area. Small depigmented macules on the trunk and upper limbs were also noted as well as skin colored flat surfaced papules on the dorsa of the hands and feet. Palmoplantar pitting and nail changes were also present.
