Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 45-year old male presented with painful, burning & pruritic lesions affecting many sites of the body of 10 days duration. He reported that he had fever 3 days preceding the appearance of the skin lesions . He also had headache, anorexia, general malaise, arthralgia & muscle aches. He developed bilateral conjunctival congestion after 5 days . The condition was recurrent over the last 5 years especially in summer time & resolved in about 3 weeks with medication (unidentified) . Family & drug history irrelevant. CBC revealed leukocytosis with neutrophilia. ESR was high. ASO and CRP were positive.
