Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 51-year-old female presented with multiple, discrete and confluent, erythematous to light brown, annular, purpuric macules extending over the inner aspects of lower extremities of 3 months duration that is gradually increasing. No personal or family history of bleeding disorders or coagulation defects.
