History:

Nodular hidradenoma  The overlying skin can be skin coloured, pink or blue. Presents as a nodule on the head, neck or limbs. 

Nodular hidradenoma ( Acrospiroma) Biphasic population with basophilic outer cells and clear inner cells though intermixing often occurs. Cystic spaces and ductal structures showing focal decapitation secretion. If excess basophilic cells then called Epitheliod Hidradenoma If more clear cells then called Clear Cell Hidradenoma.    Virtual Slide
