Dilated pore of Winer - Central pore with acanthotic invaginated epidermis
Pilar sheath acanthoma - Clinical - Upper lip pigmented papule or plaque with central keratotic plug or comedone. Histology - Acanthotic invaginated epidermis around the pore with basal proliferation of pale outer root sheath like cells.
Trichofolliculoma Clinical - pore with protruding vellus hairs usually on the nose. Histology - Central pore plus primary hair follicle with multiple budding secondary follicles from it's base

Comments: Trichofolliculoma - Central follicle opening to the surface with keratinous debris in the infundibulum and radiating secondary follicles branching off the primary follicle.
