Pigmented lesion on the abdominal wall noted on a skin examination Dermatoscopy showed a slightly thickened network but could have been a nevus Shave biopsy excision

Description: Atypical melanocytes in nests at the DEJ

Comments: Melanoma in situ with nests of atypical melanocytes on the sides and tips of the rete ridges
