History:
Pigmented lesion on the shoulder. Slowly changing and enlarging. Dermatoscopically there were lines curved, dots in lines
Description: Lichenoid reaction
Comments: This showed a mixture of features including seborrhoeic keratosis, lichenoid reaction, atypical lentigo and SCC in situ illustrated in the accompanying images.
