History: 5681fj has Sezary syndrome and pityriasis versicolor in his axillae but recently developed a nodule in the right axilla. Punch biopsy from centre of lesion. DD Lymphoma, Fungal granuloma

Description: Nodule in Axilla

Comments: T cell lymphocytic infiltrate (CD3+ve, CD20-ve) CD4 +ve, CD7/8 -ve compatible with Sezary
