Differential Diagnosis
History: 3874vf Several months history of a rash in the groin , thighs and arms, Clinical DD, Pityriasis lichenoides, Lymphomatoid papulosis, Psoriasis. Two biopsies groin lesions.
Description: Occasional eosinophils
Comments: lichen planus like appearance with some eosinophils and plasma cells
