History: 4412dh Elderly male with this lesion on his upper arm that he was not aware of. Unusual dermatoscopic pattern of multiple dots but no obvious pigment network. Large shave biopsy taken. DD Pigmented IEC, regressed seb k Exclude melanocytic lesion.

Description: lentiginous melanoma

Comments: Atypical intraepidermal melanocytic proliferation with nested and lentiginous pattern. Focal upward spread.
