Differential DiagnosisHistory: 6736ah An elderly lady with what appears to be a pigmented BCC and a seborrhoeic keratosis in close proximity to each other. Can you include both in the one histology image?
Description: Pigmented BCC with adjacent seb. keratosis
Comments: Sections show a pigmented solid type of basal cell carcinoma with tumour reaching mid dermis. The basal cell carcinoma is present adjacent to a seborrhoeic keratosis.
