Differential DiagnosisHistory: 5051cf admitted with cellulitis, has MRSA, treated with Vancomycin but developed this rash. DD Pustular vasculitis, Vancomycin induced bullous IgA disease.
Description: Leucocytoclastic vasculitis
Comments: There is a leucytoclastic vasculitis with fibrinoid necrosis of vessel walls and a mixed infiltrate of neutrophils, eosinophils and lymphocytes. Leucocytoclasis is present. The overlying epidermis is necrotic.
