History: 3562mg This lady had a lesion described as a simple lentigene frozen by her GP about 6 weeks ago. It has become increasingly inflamed since with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. DD Lichenoid reaction. Biopsy to exclude any more significant pigmented lesion.

Description: Postinflamatory hyperpigmentation

Comments: Upper dermal pigment incontinence indicative of postinflamatory hyperpigmentation.
