Differential Diagnosis
History: 4674jm Lesion on the thigh for many years. Biopsied 6 years ago and reported as dysplastic nevus. Allegedly unchanged in that time. Clinically melanoma. Dermatoscopy image. darker area shaved and whole lesion subsequently excised.Lab no 567538850

Comments: Level 2 superficial spreading MM.
