History: 6524kp A couple of days after walking in the sand on the beach this lady developes an eruption on the dorsa of both feet. No other areas involved. Clinically sand fly hypersensitivity DD Polymorphous light eruption

Comments: dermal oedema and mixed inflammation with eosinophils
