2530gf Infiltrated and infected groin and perineum for 8 months. Elderly male confined to chair. Known prostatic carcinoma., DD -SCC, Extramammary Pagets or Prostatic secondary spread. First biopsy taken of flat area on left groin, Other two from nodule on scrotum and Left groin
Description: Infiltrated area of perineum
Comments: Sections from the clinically flat area show typical EMP restricted to the epidermis. The malignant cells are forming small glandular spaces. The biopsy from the nodular area shows invasive EMP. There are infiltrating nests of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
