DD Sclerosing bcc Description: Single tumour cells in deep dermis Comments: Sections show a biopsy of a poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma with single tumour cells and strands of tumour cells infiltrating deeply into the dermis. These cells are set in a fibrous and desmoplastic stroma. There is no evidence of perineural invasion.
