History: 2841gf There is little doubt this is a pigmented bcc. I would be interested in correlating the pigment distribution in the dermis with the dermatoscope picture.

Description: Dilated vascular channels in BCC.

Comments: Sections show a solid type of basal cell carcinoma extending to the mid dermis. The basal cell carcinoma contains some large dilated vascular channels. No melanin pigment can be identified within the basal cell carcinoma.
