History: 0226sg This lady has probably had scabies and these are post scabetic nodules. One has become quite inflamed recently. Biopsies taken of both.

Description: Eosinophils

Comments: Sections show a superficial and deep perivascular infiltrate of lymphohistiocytes and eosinophils with occasional interstitial eosinophils and some mild epidermal hyperplasia. The features are consistent with persistent nodular scabies. No mites are seen.
