Differential Diagnosis
History: 4381jg This man in his 50s recently noted a darkening of part of a pigmented lesion he had on his shoulder. This is very suspicious of melanoma.
Description: Level 1 SSMM
Comments: Sections show a Level1 malignant melanoma. There is a moderate lymphocytic infiltrate around the base of the tumour. This is associated with focal tumour regression.
