History: History: This 30 years old female has had this rash for 6 weeks .It began with a couple of annular lesions on her lower trunk and then spread all over her abdomen.Some of the lesions show a peripheral scale suggestive of pityriasis rosea.Differential diagnoses would include psoriasis and pityriasis lichenoides.
Description: Slight spongiosis and red cell extravasation Comments: The histopathology in this case suggested pityriasis rosea with a superficial and deep infiltrate, slight spongiosis and red cell extravasation.
